Hi, I’m Jennifer Quog. Many of you know me from out in pre-school as a teacher’s assistant here at Emanuel.
I am so excited to be heading up the lunch program this year. I recently completed the commercial culinary program at Boces.
This school year I will be serving more homemade food (less processed) and fresh fruit and vegetables at lunch. I hope to introduce your children to new and local produce and to encourage healthy eating habits.
I love how GOD has brought my love of cooking and the kids of Emanuel together!
